Free Returns & Exchanges in Lebanon
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges apply only to unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, such as makeup stains, sweat marks, deodorant marks, or damage from improper handling, are not eligible.
- How to Start: Email us at michella@michella.co within 4 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
What You Need
- Include the original receipt sent with your order. Items returned without the receipt may not be accepted.
- Returns requested after the 4-day window will be issued as store credit.
Processing Times
- Exchanges: We’ll process these immediately if your desired size or color is in stock. If not, we’ll help you find something else you’ll love!
- Returns: Refunds may take up to 15 days to process.
Tips to Speed Up the Process
Email us your order number, the item you wish to return/exchange, and a brief note on why it didn’t work out. Your feedback helps us improve!
Important Notes
- We monitor frequent returns. Excessive or abusive return activity may result in the closure of your EM BASICS account at our discretion.
Non-Lebanese Returns
For customers outside Lebanon:
- Arrange your return through a postal carrier of your choice.
- Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Liability: EM BASICS is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
Final Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE. These cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Holiday Returns
Christmas gifts purchased in December can be returned by Friday, January 12th for a refund. Usual terms apply.
